Respecting other people's work
Big Day Stories creates original stories and pictures. We do not draw characters, brands or logos that belong to others: if a parent asks for one, we describe it in a general way instead. Photos and texts parents add stay private in their own account.
Reporting an infringement
If you believe something on our site or in our service infringes your copyright, write to [completed before launch] with:
- what work you believe is infringed;
- where the content is (the page address or a clear description);
- your name and contact details;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information you give is accurate.
We look at every notice promptly, remove or disable infringing content, and tell the person who added it so they can answer.
Counter-notice
If content you added was removed and you believe this was a mistake, write to [completed before launch] explaining why. We will review it and, where appropriate, restore it.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe other people's rights are closed.
